Paride Orfei
Following his parent’s footsteps (his father is the famous Nando Orfei and his mother Anita Gambarutti), Paride Orfei has always worked in circus beginning from his own family’s, in which he was an elephant tamer, acrobat and equestrian artist from a very young age. Between the 80s and 90s, his notoriety went beyond the circus world because he was the protagonist of various photo novels and often appearred on television. Then he dedicated himself to the family show, together with his sisters Ambra and Gioia as an artist and director. He had many experiences in the field of music and as a director of circus-themed shows. For many years he was ring master of Liana Orfei's Golden Circus Festival.
His friendship and collaboration with Antonio Giarola dates back to 1985 and gave birth, among other things, to the Antico Circo Orfei (1994-95) a show entirely dedicated to Federico Fellini. Paride also participates as equestrian interpreter in HORSELYRIC (2010).
