Hula-Hoop Dancer

This young world champion of rhythmic gymnastics comes from a famous family of artists. Alexandra Tikhonovic began to engage in this activity when she was only five years old in Berlin, the city where she grew up, and at the age of ten, she became one of the brightest stars of the German national rhythmic gymnastics team, of which she was a member for a long time. At the age of thirteen she made her debut, participating in European and world championships, which she won together with her team. After having attained the highest level of recognition in 2021 she decided to devote herself to circus arts - a family tradition - presenting an original hula-hoop performance featuring acrobatic movements and dance-like elements.
